Hey there! Welcome to BIZASSIST.

BIZASSIST is a professional app that allows South African taxpayers and small businesses to engage with a tax and business practitioner in the palm of their hand.

The app is available for Web (i.e.: on a browser on any device), Tablet, and iOS.

If you feel stuck in your business, are worried about its future, and need refreshing ideas for it to be resilient, we are here to assist taxpayers and small businesses to be efficient, compliant, save money, and GROW. Our tax service is managed by a registered tax practitioner.

Small businesses are mainly labour-intensive and earn less than R1 million per financial year.

With BIZASSIST, you don’t need to be tech-savvy, but technology is involved, which we leverage to give you the ability to compete in the digital economy where “CONTENT IS KING” and clicks, likes, and shares lead to sales, and where efficiency counts (think paperless, automation, and Cloud-based solutions).

We have four brands: TaxCare, Ngage, BizE, and Payroll+.

Our unique offering allows you to maximise your tax savings, market your business, get feedback from your customers in creative ways, and build efficiencies when transacting and managing payroll.

We do this by collaborating with you, leveraging leading technologies, at an affordable price point, remaining paperless, and communicating in creative ways through the app so that you enjoy the experience of working with us.

The app features include Doodle videos explaining our mission, market, brands, billing frequency, example, unique value proposition, and service delivery; the ability to book Zoom sessions with the practitioner within the app using an automated scheduling tool; the ability to message the practitioner within the app; the ability to request on-demand learning resources for tax.

Registration and Access: While downloading the app is free, you need to sign up using a valid email and password to access the content. You can access the features by subscribing to the free Starter Pack. A complimentary Zoom session can be booked to satisfy yourself that we are a good fit for your needs.

Subscriptions and billing: On the Sales page of the app, when you click the “Get Instant Access” button below a service, you will be redirected to the BIZASSIST website. Each service is subscribed for separately by clicking the “Subscribe” or “Pay Now” button below the service and completing the checkout with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and card payments are accepted.

Subscription services are billed monthly and one-off plans are billed in full.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS

The download of BIZASSIST is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use BIZASSIST app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:
